On Saturday, June 3rd at 8am, we will be meeting at Johnson's Crossing Camp area in the Pigeon River Country State Forest to kickoff our annual habitat project with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF). We will be restoring a nearby site by removing debris from the demolition of outbuildings at the site. This will restore the area to improve wildlife habitat for the areas elk, whitetail deer, black bear, turkey, and small game. Please see details below and RSVP to volunteer for elk habitat!

Saturday-Project Day: 8:00AM group breakfast and meeting location at Johnson's Crossing Camp area, site work to start at 9:00AM; lunch in the field provided by MUCC; then (optional) evening dinner to follow at Johnson's Crossing Camp area-bring a dish to pass.
