OTG: Grayling State Forest Fall 2017

On Saturday, September 23rd at 9 AM, we will be meeting at the Truck Stop on 4 Mile Rd (exit 251 off of I-75). We will be partnering with the Department of Natural Resources, the National Wild Turkey Federation, and Camp Grayling for this project under their Wildlife Habitat Grant.

We will be planting 60 trees; all holes will already be augered and the trees will be sitting next to each hole along with one bag of manure and one bag of top soil to be mixed into the hole.  Volunteers will need to roll the trees into the planting holes and dump the soil amendments and then tamp down.

Shovels, gloves, bottled water, lunch, and a free T-shirt will be provided for all volunteers by MUCC! Please RSVP below to volunteer for tree planting in the Grayling State Forest!
