Tony Hansen

Tony is a devoted hunter and angler and spends about 200 days each year on the water or in the woods. He has won numerous awards for his writing and his work has appeared in several national publications.

Tony is the youngest editor of Michigan Out-of-Doors Magazine during its 60-year history. He is a 1993 graduate of Maple Valley High School and has been a southern Michigan resident his entire life.

In the pages of Michigan Out-of-Doors Magazine, Tony looks to mix outdoor recreation and information with solid conservation-related topics that show the importance of MUCC’s mission to the hunters, anglers and residents of Michigan.
