The Michigan United Conservation Clubs newest club benefit is now operationalThe MUCC Legal Hotline is a service available exclusively to affiliate clubs. Club officers can call the law firm of Foster Zack Little Pasteur & Manning, P.C. between the hours of 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. every Thursday and have their general club related questions answered at no charge.“The MUCC Legal Hotline allows the clubs to obtain general legal information and is also a resource for other legal matters that may be facing clubs,” said Dennis Muchmore, MUCC’s Executive Director. “The Legal Hotline will also allow MUCC to determine what consistent legal issues are facing clubs so that those issues may attempt to be resolved.” J. Kevin Winters of Foster Zack Little Pasteur & Manning, P.C. believes that this is a great benefit to the MUCC affiliated clubs. When the clubs don’t know where to turn for answers to their general legal questions, the hotline will give them a source that has a great deal of background dealing with club matters.
