Taylor is a Huron Pines AmeriCorps member who started serving at MUCC in May 2014 as the wildlife habitat coordinator with the On the Ground program.

While in school she was the secretary of the WSU chapter of The Wildlife Society and coordinated numerous volunteer events improving habitat and educating the public about wildlife.
Before serving at MUCC, Taylor was an avid volunteer for the Citizens for Professional Wildlife Management, collecting signatures for the Scientific Fish & Wildlife Conservation Act. Huron Pines AmeriCorps is an AmeriCorps program focused on conservation in Michigan. Members provide service to conservation organizations all over the state.
