2. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older.

The Michigan United Conservation Club (“MUCC”) Michigan Out-of-Doors Gear Grab November Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Nov. 6, 2008 and ends 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Nov. 30, 2008 ("Entry Period"). Sponsors: MUCC, Realtree, Hunter’s Safety Systems, Shappell, Inc. and Roscoby Riser Cam. Employees of the Sponsors, their subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and web site development agencies, and the immediate families of each, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by US Law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: In order to enter the sweepstakes, you must fill out the online form by visiting www.mucc.org/geargrab/geargrab.php and enter a valid e-mail address.

For Gear Grab Sweepstakes, entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Nov. 30,2008.

All entries become the property of MUCC and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Limit: One entry per person. Mass entries or entries generated via automated devices will be disqualified. Entries accepted through on-line form only. Mail entries NOT accepted. 4. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: You have not yet won. No purchase necessary. Prizes will be awarded each month during the Entry Period. Individual prizes approximately Retail Value (ARV): Range from $20 to $300. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received per monthly drawing, estimated at 1: 25,000.

5. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected per month from the eligible entries received during the entry period.

6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: All random drawings will be conducted under supervision of MUCC whose decision is final and binding. Each winner will be notified email within 14 days after the drawing. Entry & acceptance of prize constitute permission to use a winner's name, prize won, hometown & likeness for promotional purposes including online posting without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

ADDITIONAL RULES: Entrants assume all liability for any injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize, and release , the Sponsors’ respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any such liability. Winners acknowledge that Sponsors and all other companies concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions or fitness of any aspect of the prizes. However, each prize will be subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty.
