Saying what a hunt will actually look like is hard. Saying that a particular kind of hunt is better or worse than removing entire packs by professionals is hard. Saying just how many wolves should be removed and where is hard.

Here just one specific example of a real issue:
Will trapping or use of dogs be permitted?
The public is not gonna like that.
