		<description><![CDATA[Permits are available now to private landowners experiencing problems, contact your local DNR Wildlife Biologist! The problem lies in the public lands and waters, that is where we need both the state DNR and federal USDA-WLS assistance to ensure that non-target species (trumpeter and tundra swans particularly) are not affected. 

A hunting season will take some time to establish since it is extremely controversial and must be done by the legislature. But these measures can help until that time. ]]></description>
