		<description><![CDATA[I would like for all the horse people to read this. Then they could figure out what they need to do with their tack,feed
and any thing else that would bring money to the table. Instead
they want to just step in with a $25.00 bridle tag. Then use
all state and federal lands for their riding, not giving any
thought to the damage that is done to trails, slopes and 
streams in those areas. It appears that their thinking is 
that the land is there they should be able to use it.]]></description>
