What can the deer,rabbits,squirles partridge,and on and on benifit from this .certainly not food.

who really benifits is the lumber companys and politicans that get their pockets stuffed with another type of Green $$$$

So that annual amount spread evenly over every school district will not be a huge impact. This is coupled by the fact that some CFA landowners may switch over to QFP as allowed by this bill, which will result in a net increase to local units of government.

Especially in the U.P , these provisions could severely impact school districts budgets.
