		<description><![CDATA[Forest Mgm. plans What i see as an avid outdoorsmen is thousand and thousands of acres being striped af a natural forest deversied trees some take years to grow such as oak trees.my children will never be able to see the forests that I saw.And replace with Jackpines for the Kirkland Warbler that i and associates have never seen bedding areas.Tens oif thousands of acres large. What can the deer,rabbits,squirles partridge,and on and on benifit from this .certainly not food.

who really benifits is the lumber companys and politicans that get their pockets stuffed with another type of Green $$$$

		<description><![CDATA[They would not affect the local district in which the Qualified Forest property is located directly, it would only serve to lower the total statewide amount available---each district still gets the same per pupil spending. So that annual amount spread evenly over every school district will not be a huge impact. This is coupled by the fact that some CFA landowners may switch over to QFP as allowed by this bill, which will result in a net increase to local units of government.
